Lock And Hardware Warranty Policy

This warranty policy is issued by Shepherd Locksmith LLC to the original purchaser of locks and/or related hardware sold and installed by Shepherd Locksmith LLC.

Shepherd Locksmith LLC warrants that the locks will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of installation. If a defect is found during the warranty period, Shepherd Locksmith LLC will repair or replace the lock at no charge to the purchaser.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Accidental or intentional damage

• Normal wear and tear after 1 year

• Removal and re-installation by another party

• Acts of God, such as fire, flood, or earthquake

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact Shepherd Locksmith LLC at 410-424-5988 or dshep@shepherdlocksmith.com. You will need to provide your name, address, and a copy of Invoice or W.O.

Other Terms

This warranty is governed by the laws of the state of Maryland. If any provision of this warranty is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
